Why shop at greendawning?
- All products on this site have been carefully selected and tested.
- All products are all cruelty free with the Beauty Without Cruelty Accreditation.
- All products are Vegan (plant based), Natural / Organic and manufactured in South Africa. We are listed with The Vegan Society (SA).
- Ingredients have been disclosed for each product and do not include any toxic chemicals.
- Very few products include palm oil and those which do all have the RSPO certification ensuring they are ethically and sustainably sourced About | RSPO - Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil.
- Packaging is of recycled content where possible and fully recyclable.
- We are passionate about the environment and careful consideration has been made with the packing and mode of transport for regional supply.
- We believe in giving back and thus a percentage of the sale of your order is donated by greendawning to The Greyton Animal Farm Sanctuary

Delivery options and Charges
- Orders are delivered via Courier or may be collected (37 Service road, Lakeside, Cape Town). Collection hours 8am to 6pm weekdays. Collection time to be confirmed by greendawning.
- Free shipping on orders over R650 and standard fee of R99,00 for anything below in South Africa.
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment.
- Courier delivery takes approximately 1-3 days after dispatch. Outlying areas 3-4 days.
- Courier delivery takes place during working hours, Monday to Friday
Returns/Refund policy
- Greendawning endeavours to replace or refund damaged or defective product within 7 days of purchase.
- Please send a photo of the product for the replacement or credit to be issued together with your order number, name and surname to [email protected]
- Should you wish to return a product, the request must reach greendawning within 7 days
- The item must be unopened and in the original packaging
- The courier charge to return the item will be for your account for non defective goods
- Once the item is received, we will issue a credit note or refund within 48 hours
Privacy Policy
- Greendawning will never share any private customer information. All personal information will remain strictly confidential.
- The South African Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act came into effect on the 01st of July 2021. We celebrate the POPI Act as it protects all our personal details. Our databases are securely stored according to Business best practice and access is strictly controlled.
- Unless we have your written consent, we will never share your information with third parties (or unless we are required to do so by law).
